Update Your Identification
In order to comply with the Criminal Justice (Monday Laundering & Terrorist Financing) Acts 2010 & 2013, we are currently updating our member database and require your assistance.
If you would like to simply change your address on your account please call into one of our office or email info@cdcreditunion.ie with proof of your new address (see acceptable proof of address documents below).
List of Acceptable Items:
Please provide one document from each of the following lists:
Acceptable Photo ID: (Must include a photograph)
- Current valid Passort or valid EU Driving License.
Acceptable Proof of Address: Please provide one of the following:
- Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, Phone, Refuse etc)
- Statement from a Financial Institution (Bank, An Post etc)
- Correspondence from the Revenue Commissioners
- Other: Motor/Home Insurance Statements etc.
